# Moonfall > Moonfall is a free AI card game played in a web browser. Every card play is a prompt: an AI Game Master reads the whole board, decides what the card does in that situation, and narrates the result — so the same card lands differently every time and there is no single solved deck to copy. Cards carry no attack or health numbers, only a name, a mana cost and a line of text. Players forge new cards in the Moon Foundry, and any match can be turned into a shareable manga storybook. - Free to play in the browser — no download, no install, no console. - A language model resolves every card, so wording and context decide outcomes rather than fixed rules text. - Single-player against the AI and multiplayer against other players. - Playable in English, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, German, French, Spanish and Portuguese. ## Play - [Play Moonfall](https://moonfall.io/play): the game itself, in the browser — no download - [Moonfall home page](https://moonfall.io/): what Moonfall is, with art and a playable demo ## Guides - [How to Play Moonfall](https://moonfall.io/blog/how-to-play-moonfall.md): A beginner's guide to Moonfall, the free AI card game where every card play is a prompt and an AI Game Master narrates what happens. - [Automated Self-Play for AI Card Game Balancing](https://moonfall.io/blog/automated-self-play.md): Moonfall plays complete matches against itself and scores every finished one, so unclear cards get caught before players meet them.
